Scientology Today: Newest Scientology and Dianetics Center Opens East of the Urals

Interesting area and town in Russia. The city itself was not that large until established for industrial purposes (making tractors) in the 1930s, and later a large tank making plant established by Stalin for WW II. Setting it's name for some time as "Tankograd" (tank city).

The city is still an industrial center for machinery and electronics both for civic and military purposes.

That gives you a bit of an overview for the city. As this new mission is now the 3rd in the area there can be definite motion made in integral portion of Russian.
